Dear Graeme and Claire,
I write to pay tribute to you both (and all your staff) on the creation of such a superb reception designed for the occasion of our wedding on 16 February 2015.
The restaurant setting; the ambiance; the entertainment; the professionalism of your staff; the exquisite food; and the seamless manner in which it all came together are a fine testament to you both.
It was a splendid occasion leaving me and Raymond and our guests with fine memories of a wonderful evening. You will no doubt be happy to hear that many of our guests, previously unfamiliar with your restaurant, raved about it and intend revisiting to enjoy more of your fine fare and service.
On a personal note Graeme, the rich thread of respect and professionalism which starts with you and links throughout your entire organisation is something to be extremely proud of and certainly made all my communications with you such a pleasure.
I do hope that you and your marvellous team will accept our sincere thanks and congratulations for an exceptional event.

Dear Graeme, Claire and team
Jamie and I were lucky enough to have chosen The Boatshed as our wedding reception venue on Thursday, 17 April 2014. It has been nearly 10 months since our special day so apologies for the delay in our communication.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to al of you involved in making our wedding reception an event to remember. There is a lot involved in organising a wedding, so to put our trust in you to take care of pretty much the entire reception, and to have it turn out so beautiful, means a lot to us, and is evidence that you guys really know your stuff.
With our ceremony being held at Council House Gardens, we organised a river cruise for our guests while the bridal party were having photographs taken. Our guests had the opportunity to meet and mingle over a few drinks before arriving at the jetty in front of The Boatshed… This was a great way for our guests to arrive at The Boatshed where they could enjoy the spectacular views your venue has to offer.
It was so lovely to walk (or should I say dance!) into The Boatshed after what was a perfect ceremony, and to feel like everything just worked; from the decorations, flowers, table settings, food, wedding cake, and the service, we really couldn’t have asked for more… and with receiving so many positive comments from our guests about The Boatshed, we really do know we chose the perfect venue for our wedding reception.
We recently uploaded some lovely pictures of our wedding day on Facebook, including some of the smaller details that you put so much effort into, such as table settings, candles and other wedding paraphernalia. Hello Graeme and Claire,
Just a quick email to thank you for everything you did for us on Saturday night. Will send you some photos and a proper thank you when things have settled down.
The first thing Shannon and I said to each other when we got in the limo at the end of the night was “Best night ever”. We had so many comments from both our family and friends saying that it was by far the best wedding they have been to. The food was beautiful and cooked to perfection. Dean was amazing so thank you for recommending him. The sequence of the night you recommended, Graeme, was fantastic. We really enjoyed getting the dance and speech done early so we could enjoy the rest of the night.
Claire, thank you for everything you did. The venue looked perfect, menus and table settings really exceeded our expectations. Thank you for taking the time with the flowers, I would go as far to say that they looked much better than the flowers we got from a very expensive florist.
We will send through some photos when we get them.
Have a great Christmas and New Year and thank you again for giving us a perfect wedding.
